Warranty Policy for CT TV L8 & L13:
Clear Tech CT TV L8 & L13 Warranty Information: Beginning on the date the television is sold, there is a
60 day warranty period during which any manufacturing defect will be covered by warranty. In the event of
malfunction, the purchaser must send the television to the repair center:

at the purchaser’s expense, along with a note listing their name, facility address, ID# and a description of the
problem. The purchaser will also need to send documentation showing the date of purchase. The television
will be repaired or replaced provided that the defect was a manufacturing defect. The unit will be shipped back
to the purchaser at the repair facility’s expense.
If the malfunction or problem is determined to have been caused by misuse, abuse, or mishandling of the
item, the purchaser will be notified that the defect is not covered under warranty and given a price quote on
how much the repair will cost, plus a quote for return shipping.
After the 60 day warranty period has elapsed, the purchaser may have the television repaired by Stanton
TV Service if required. The purchaser will need to send the television back to the repair center along with a
description of the problem. The purchaser will then receive a quotation from the repair center by mail,
detailing the cost of parts and labor for the repair, plus shipping. Upon receipt of payment,
Stanton TV Service will make the repair and ship the television to the purchaser.

Warranty policy for these styles
Both of these styles have a 1-year parts and picture tube warranty and a
90 day labor warranty, as stated in the information booklet supplied with
the TV. All TVs purchased from Jack L. Marcus, Inc. and returned under
the warranty must be sent to Jack L. Marcus, Inc., NOT RCA. All TVs
returned to us for warranty service will be inspected to determine the
type of defect involved. The warranty will be VOIDED if the defect was
caused by tampering, misuse or mishandling. Otherwise, defective TVs
will be replaced by Jack L. Marcus, Inc. with a new set if returned within
90 days from the date of original purchase.
If the defective TV is returned after 90 days but within 1 year of original
purchase, we will replace the TV if it is returned along with a $75 money
order or facility check made payable to JACK L. MARCUS, INC. The $75
fee is to cover the estimated out of warranty labor repair costs. Labor is
not warranted after 90 days. This fee is subject to change. If the TV is
returned after the 90 days without the $75 payment, the TV will be held
until the payment is received. TVs held longer than six months without
payment, will be considered abandoned and will be destroyed. After one
year from the original date of purchase TVs cannot be returned.
